One to One Yoga

Private sessions are a great treat for yourself, or a present for someone you care about.

Whether you are new to yoga and want a basic introduction, or a long-time practitioner who wants to develop a particular part of your practice; a one to one class can be a great way to accomplish your goals. A private yoga session will deepen your knowledge, fine-tune your form, fully test your abilities, and enable you to explore new poses. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

Karolina takes the information about your goals and creates a series of yoga poses specifically for your needs. Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health.

Classes  are offered as a one-time occurrence or can be an on-going part of your practice.

A private yoga session makes it possible to create a plan that is appropriate for practicing in the home at a future date.

Although beginners can benefit from private lessons to gain confidence and learn safe practices, private lessons also are beneficial for regular yoga practitioners.
