Feeling anxious, worried or overwhelmed? Having emotions is part of our human existence. There is nothing wrong with feeling sad, anxious and worried, as long as we can process those feelings in a healthy way. Everyone feels anxious from time to time, but the effects of anxiety over a long period of time can negatively impact your physical and emotional health. Meditation can help in finding inner place of comfort and peace. Regardless of circumstances you can turn inward to find a place inside yourself that you can trust as your home.

This is a gentle chair yoga routine for seniors and those who can't do a regular yoga practice. I will guide you through a sequence of postures and movements to warm up the body, stretch and improve joint flexibility and strength.

Yoga can be great way to increase metabolism. Practice regularly for best results.

This meditation is designed to leave you with a sense of groundedness and calmness. Take a comfortable position sitting on a chair or on the ground. Let your breath soften and mind relax.

We take a break at work for coffee, lunch, snack, bathroom... but what about shaking off tension from staying in one position for a long time? This is a very simple and short practice, you need only 7 minutes. Try it out and let me know how you feel. Believe me or not, your body will be grateful for just a few exercises and movements. Get your blood flowing, release tension from stiff back and neck, and relax as you bring awareness to your breath.
