You may have noticed the lack of my presence on social media and YouTube in the recent months. I've been working a lot on something REALLY amazing.
Something that completely changes Online Yoga experience.
Something innovative.
Something exciting.
It took a long time, because, similarly to the founder (and the brain!) of this amazing start-up, Caroline Vo, I care about the quality. Omflow = Quality. For this reason our training was super extensive and super intensive - to ensure we can deliver THE BEST experience.

What is Omflow?
Omflow is a community inspired by mindfulness and creating more presence and awareness in the world, Omflow introduces a new and meaningful way to experience yoga live.

WHAT MAKES OMFLOW DIFFERENT FROM YOUTUBE, OTHER ONLINE YOGA PLATFORMS AND AN IN-STUDIO PRACTICE?

Connection. We value depth and meaningful exchanges. On Omflow, you practice with a teacher who provides you with real time personalization, alignment, encouragement, feedback and correction all linked to your breath and body. As we believe yoga is the true union of self, we don’t offer western fitness style adaptations of yoga practices—all styles are practices originating from deep historical traditions. Because connection is so important to us, we offer practices at the level relevant to you and your practice.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

During our Beta1.5 between January 3, 2020 through February 29, 2020, all practices will be 50% off the Teacher’s class rate. When we roll out our developed product, we will work within your budget. Our community is not driven by the bottom line or materialistic endeavors. We’re passionate about changing the world for the greater good and want to share our practice with you in order to create more mindfulness, presence and awareness in the world.
