Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental   and physical health as well as aid in recovery.

INDIVIDUAL APPROACH

Instead of following along with the group in a yoga class, a private lesson allows you to set goals and progress in specific areas.

Based on initial consultation I will create a tailored session or a program to meet your goals and help you understand the mechanics of the poses. 

Often private class moves at a slower pace, as we focus on alignment challenges specific to you. 

Most importantly, I will give you tools you can always use outside of a class or as we say in the yoga world, “off the mat.” 

Learn how to stand taller, sit upright, and stretch properly after exercise. Certain breathing techniques introduced in our sessions will increase your resilience and get you through the tough times.


Classes are offered as a one-time occurrence or can be an on-going part of your practice.
