I am offering in-person and online group yoga classes. By providing corrective feedback and giving attention to each and every student, I aim to help each participant to practice safely, sustainably and effectively. For this reason, I always place an emphasis on proper alignment. I will teach you how to work through your breath and use meditation to enhance your practice.   • Pay as you go: sign up for a single class. Check your inbox for a confirmation email containing link to our Zoom class. This option is available only to online participants. 
  • 4-week courses. The subscription is automatically renewed every four weeks. In the confirmation email you will receive a unique booking code - use it each time you want to book your class.
  • Are classes recorded? Yes! If you can't make a live online session or in-studio class, you will be able to practice afterwards. Each recording is available for 7 days (for PAYG and Subscribers).
  • Not sure how to sign up or how to use Zoom? Contact Karolina, she will help set up for your first class.
