I am offering in-person and online group yoga classes. By providing corrective feedback and giving attention to each and every student, I aim to help each participant to practice safely, sustainably and effectively. For this reason, I always place an emphasis on proper alignment. I will teach you how to work through your breath and use meditation to enhance your practice.
