My name is Karolina, I am teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years. Each class is a journey and an experience, tailored to each student's skill level and abilities. In my classes and workshops, I will help you develop skills and learn tools that can be easily integrated into your daily life to improve longevity, posture, mobility, athletic performance, breathing habits and manage stress. I’m a firm believer in doing the work on the mat to get the best results off the mat.
My aim is to share with others how to sustain balance and good health on an individual level so that we can build more peaceful and wholesome community.

I am offering in-person and online group yoga classes. By providing corrective feedback and giving attention to each and every student, I aim to help each participant to practice safely, sustainably and effectively. For this reason, I always place an emphasis on proper alignment. I will teach you how to work through your breath and use meditation to enhance your practice. Modifications are always available, which means anyone from a beginner level to an advanced level are welcome to join.
At Inner Light Yoga, I specialise in offering yoga to corporate clients. Yoga is the perfect way to help relieve work stress and inspire your colleagues to unwind and connect. My corporate yoga sessions are suitable for all levels and modifications are always available. I have an extensive background in anatomy and physiology and focus on correct alignment to ensure the safety of all participants. Not everyone wants a class environment. That’s why I offer private yoga sessions to anyone who wants a personalized class. I will tailor each individual session exactly to your needs. I can work with any health problems, including restorative sessions for recovery after surgeries, such as knee or hip-replacement. Classes can be conducted at your home or even virtually. What’s better than doing yoga? Doing yoga as a retreat in Ireland! I offer weekend and week-long retreats to provide a space for you to quiet your mind and reconnect with yourself. Held at the Burren Yoga Retreat Centre, all guests are served vegetarian meals and proper safety precautions have been established. My retreats encompass a combination of both yoga and meditation and are perfect for all levels of practice. Retreats are limited to only 10 participants. MEET YOUR TEACHER
Hi there, I’m Karolina O'Brien, and I’ve spent the last 11 years as a professional yoga teacher helping people from all walks of life cultivate healthy habits, manage stress, find inner peace, and embrace mindfulness through yoga.
I’m the founder of Inner Light Yoga, and I’ve personally helped thousands of clients discover the life-changing benefits of this amazing skill for themselves.
I’m passionate about wellbeing, and I believe in creating personalized programs and workshops, along with specially-tailored lessons designed to make yoga accessible to everybody. I’ve also published over 150 free yoga classes on Youtube, so you can discover a class that suits your needs – no matter your experience, body type, fitness level, mobility or personality.
I hope to build a thriving, wholesome community of like-minded people where we can build each other up and support each other. I also provide classes for corporate clients to help even the busiest people release stress, find inner balance and cultivate positive thoughts.
When I’m not teaching, I love to grow my own food, practice art and web design, and spend time in nature with my husband. I was born in Poland, but I’ve spent the last 13 years in the beautiful country of Ireland. I hope to see you in one of my classes soon!
