Daily Yoga and Meditation Challenge

August 10th-14th 

We meet online for 30 minutes at 7am, from Monday to Friday. Our aim is to establish a daily practice of yoga and meditation. We will gradually build the duration of meditation: from 5-min on the first day to 10-min on the last day.
It's scientifically proven that a regular practice of yoga boosts the immune system. Combined with meditation, the practice lowers stress and improves cognitive function. Best results are achieved when the practice is done daily.

Karolina Krzemianowska is a yoga teacher, nutritional consultant, health educator and the founder of Inner Light Yoga, offering lectures, classes, and workshops in Ireland and online. She has over 10 years experience in the field of yoga, health and wellness.

Karolina believes that a holistic approach to the maintenance of her health is the most wholesome way she can live, and that focusing on the practice of yoga, and giving great attention and credence to nutrition-consciousness, and food-awareness, are the most important things to consider in the pursuit of living a healthy life.

Her aim is to encourage others to feel good from within and to live their own authentic dreams.
