She teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, BeFit Yoga (Yoga combined with High Intensity Interval Training), Teen Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Absolute Beginner Series.

This series is a true beginner's course, with each week building on the prior week's foundation and knowledge.
The course commences on Monday, January 6th 2020, at 8:00pm.
