I work in the wellness industry for over 7 years, offering yoga, nutrition and stress management classes and courses for groups and private clients. I believe that a holistic approach to the maintenance of our health is the most wholesome way we can live, and that focusing on the practice of yoga, and giving great attention and credence to nutrition-consciousness, and food-awareness, are the most important things to consider in the pursuit of living a healthy life.

Live Online Classes
Join Karolina's online yoga classes at the comfort of your home. Booking is open up to 60 min before the class. You can access the classes on your phone, tablet or laptop.
Corporate Yoga Programs are specifically tailored to your organization. Corporate Yoga is being embraced by many progressive businesses and community organizations, many of which are incorporating alternative health and wellness programs to encourage work/life balance. All the classes are available both online and in person.
Yoga Retreats in Burren -Ireland
Treat yourself to a stress free weekend or week of inspiring yoga, calming meditation, relaxing yoga nidra, amazing vegetarian food, and guided outdoor walks in the hills and by the sea.
One-to-one sessions are available in person as well as via Zoom. Karolina offers classes for back problems, stress management, post surgery recovery assistance, yoga for elderly.
