DAWG is a registered charity and depends on the generosity of people like you to save the lives of nearly 1,000 dogs every year. Their mission is to rescue Cork's abandoned, abused and neglected dogs and to re-home every dog their rescue. The class is suitable for all levels. You will need: bolster or 3 large pillows, yoga block/book, two blankets, yoga mat/carpet.

All ticket sales go directly to the charity. There are 5 options: €5, €10, €20, €30 and €50.

Your donation is key to helping them meet the costs of caring for more than 100 dogs currently in their foster homes and shelter, and successfully rehoming many more.

Restorative Yoga - nurture your body & mind 


The class is suitable for all levels.

You will need: bolster or 3 large pillows, yoga block/book, two blankets, yoga mat/carpet.


Restorative Yoga is a gentle form of practice focusing on nurturing the body and mind through postures and breathing techniques that are calming on the nervous system and stimulate relaxation response. With a guided relaxation at the end, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and tranquil.
