"Karolina, our Yoga Teacher was excellent. I loved her style of teaching. Her instructions were very clear and she coped extremely well given the restrictions Covid made on how she would normally teach a class. It was not a problem to her and I feel we all benefited enormously under her tutelage. Karolina was also very generous in sharing "information with us in a follow-up email. The highlight from a Yoga point of view was a class we had on flat rocks down by the sea in idyllic weather, which we followed with a swim on Fanore beach."

Inner Light Yoga is great in many ways. I have been doing many of the yoga classes via zoom over the last few months and I love it. I also enjoyed the coffee morning meeting last Saturday regarding how to boost our immune system. Highly recommended.
