Anti-inflammatory tea

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea:

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric root or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root or ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • pinch of black pepper (to increase turmeric’s bio-availability)
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water
If you don't have a greater handy or powder version of the root, you can simply slice it.
