What I like about the Golden Power Smoothie is the combination of spices.
We use:
- turmeric - the anti-inflammatory goodness,
- Ceylon cinnamon -helping to regulate blood sugar levels,
- ginger - is a nausea fighter and has soothing effect on the stomach.
It has a creamy texture and subtle tropical taste. It's definitely on my list of 5 Favourite Smoothies! 🙂
